Every workout is designed to follow a specific sequence, optimizing performance while avoiding over-training. We train the whole body in various directions, at different angles, and in multiple planes of movement. The goal is to eliminate movement deficiencies, enhance durability, and maximize the ability to generate power across a broad spectrum of athletic movements, ultimately taking your performance to new heights.

  2. Fill out the Heath Intake Form - You will receive an email with a Health Intake Form briefly overview your past training experience. Include details such as previous workouts, fitness routines, or sports you've participated in. This will help us understand your background and any methods that have or haven't worked for you in the past.
  3. Video Call with Coach Boyd - review your health intake and discuss your goals, training experience, lifestyle habits, and what you aim to achieve through one-on-one training.
  4. In-Person Physical Assessment & Evaluation (duration: 45 - 60 min.) - Provides a blueprint for developing your personalized and custom training program. You'll perform various movement tests to establish your baseline of movement. Performance baseline testing will allow the athlete to re-test and measure performance gains throughout a training program.
  5. After completing your initial assessment, we'll review our training and private session package options. We aim to help you find the perfect fit that aligns with your needs, preferences, and goals.
